The Routeburn track can be tasted as a day hike or on an extended 32 kilometre 3 day adventure bringing you to the Divide or linked back to the Kinloch/Glenorchy via the Greenstone or Caples tracks.

If time is short, Glenorchy is just 10 minutes by chopper from a landing site close to the Divide, or break your journey in Milford Sound just 35 kilometres from the other end of the Routeburn. Packages can be put together to meet individual requirements. The Routeburn track is one of the Great Walks and all accommodation needs to be pre-booked over the track walking season from Labour weekend till the end of April. All other tracks in the area require back-country hut passes.

The Rees/Dart Track starts and finishes close to Glenorchy. Muddy Creek is the official starting point for the Rees track, though a land rover transfer will bring you closer to the first hut. The Dart track finishes in Chinamans Bluff, though you can choose to jetboat out from Sandy Bluff saving 2 hours walk and adding another dimension to the Rees/Dart experience.
