A remote wilderness outpost across the lake from Glenorchy, nestled next to the head of Lake Wakatipu, serving hearty meals from locally sourced ingredients, alongside several accommodation options.

Regional cuisine is crafted to match the quality of produce and reflects the heritage and environment of Kinloch. Vegetables thrive in the organic vegetable garden, chickens provide eggs for breakfast and a variety of bread is all freshly homemade.

The water is filtered and UV treated from Lake Wakatipu, where the glacial fed waters of the Dart River enter, making for great coffee.

Local vineyards and craft brew masters fill the bar with award-winning wines and boutique beers. Altitude Brewing created a range of award-winning beers in the Southern Alps, the wines are sourced from Central Otago, and in addition to the spirits you'd expect to find there are some local inclusions.
